1. Order Processing & Shipping Logistics

Q: What are your shipping rates and delivery timelines?

We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 for all domestic deliveries within the United States. Orders are handled and dispatched from our Richmond, Texas facility within 1–2 business days. Once handed over to our courier networks (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), standard delivery across the US takes between 3–9 business days.

Q: What is your daily order cut-off time?

Our daily operational cut-off time is 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. Orders placed and payment-cleared prior to 5:00 PM EST will enter our active fulfillment cycle that same day. Orders received after this window, or over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday), will begin processing on the following business day.

Q: Where do my jewelry pieces ship from?

All of our premium jewelry collections—including our Bracelets, Earrings, Necklaces, and Rings—are meticulously inspected, safely packaged, and dispatched directly from our primary operations center located at 18910 Elrington Creek Ct, Richmond, Tx 77407, United States.

2. Order Cancellations & Modifications

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, but only within a very narrow timeframe. Because our fulfillment lines move exceptionally fast to meet our 1–2 day shipping standard, cancellation or modification requests must be emailed to us before 5:00 PM EST on the day of purchase. Please format your subject line as URGENT: Cancel Order [Your Order Number] for immediate priority handling.

Q: What happens if my order has already shipped?

Once a tracking number is generated and a package has physically departed our Richmond warehouse, we cannot intercept, halt, or modify it. In this scenario, you will need to accept delivery of the parcel and then initiate a standard return within our approved 30-day window to receive your refund.

All sensitive data entered during checkout is instantly scrambled via 256-bit SSL encryption. Devourlife staff never view, store, or have access to your raw credit card numbers.

Q: Why am I seeing duplicate pending charges on my account?

If you see multiple lines on your mobile banking app immediately after checkout, this is almost always a temporary "pre-authorization hold" caused by clicking the button twice or refreshing your browser window. Your banking institution will automatically clear these pending duplicate holds within 24 to 72 business hours, and only one final transaction will settle.

4. Returns, Refunds & Product Guidelines

Q: What is your return policy?

We offer a customer-friendly return policy on our jewelry items. If you are not completely satisfied with your item, you may request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within our accepted timeframe. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and inside their original branded display boxes with all protective packaging intact.

Q: Are shipping fees refundable?

Our standard $6.99 flat shipping fee covers the cost of the third-party courier services required to deliver your original parcel. Consequently, if the delivery service has already been successfully executed, the shipping surcharge is non-refundable.

Q: Can I cancel custom engraved jewelry items?

No. Any customized, made-to-order, or hand-engraved items enter our design queue immediately after payment is authorized. Because these items are uniquely personalized to you, they are strictly excluded from order cancellations, changes, or standard returns.
